Job Description


Description:
•Provides interview scheduling support for Talent Acquisition, multiple client groups, internal employees and external candidates.
•Independently performs complex coordination for these groups

Position Responsibilities:
•Schedule candidate interviews [multiple formats]
•Phone, virtual, face to face and TA Days
•Locations: domestic Client's facilities and/or hotels
•Elements: Outlook invitation, agenda, resume, job description, interview guide/matrix, surveys
•Greet candidate and provide overview of onsite and post interview process
•Act as link between recruiter and candidates as needed
•Onsite support at all (4) local Santa Rosa Client's facilities as needed
•Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
•Air, hotel and ground transportation
•Distribute candidate post interview ‘thank you’ messages
•Process candidate expense reports
•Knowledge of Client's expense reporting guidelines
•Site selection and event coordination
•Contract negotiations
•Vendor relations
•Logistics planning
•Provides support to a team of recruiters
•Assist with job postings
•Green JobInterview.com invoice review (virtual)
•Utilize strong interpersonal and written communication skills
•Will be required to multi-task and operate in a fast past environment
•Software; MS Outlook, Office Communicator, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PeopleClick
•Equipment; scanner, facsimile machine, video conferencing
•Talent Acquisition Scheduler will be cross-trained on TA Project Coordinator duties

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge/Education:
•High School diploma or equivalent

Job Experience:
•5 years of experience and training
