Job Description


Position Overview:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
•Provide support to the Change Management Lead in the execution of change and project management activities in support of the large change initiative
•Provide support for the program metrics to measure change success/ failure rates and adoption of change
•Assist with the development, implementation and updating of resources and materials related to the trainings and communications
•Solicits multiple points of view (POV) from cross-functional partners to ensure stakeholder awareness; develops a common POV to deliver a result
•Timely & quality completion of the following:
•Training and communication updates and resources; including eLearnings, FAQs, Guides, and other resources
•Weekly status reports and project plan/tasks
•Coordination of training and communication status updates to leadership
•Integration of the change management activities into the project plan
•Plan, build and execute of the pilot/deployment plan
•Support pilot/deployment
•Other agreed upon deliverables
•Identify actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor engagement, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
•Coordinate efforts with other specialists and business partners
•Evaluate and ensure pilot/deployment readiness
•Monitor appropriate feedback channels to identify issues
•Track and report issues
•Effective and timely communication to mitigate and escalate risks and issues
•Execute training and provide in support throughout the pilot

Skills Overview:

•1+ years' retail experience preferred
•Business process mapping experience
•Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model preferred
