•The volume and revenue in ecommerce for the channel has seen strong double digit growth YOY.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
•The CPS Technical Capabilities Lead is responsible for driving the continued improvements for Custom Procurement Solutions capabilities within the Client Direct Channel.
•The CPS platform allows for Client Direct to create a custom and /or fully integrated purchasing solution that meets the ecommerce needs of the client.
•This role will be responsible for improving custom online fulfillment sites on the Comergent platform & developing full eprocurement integrations involving invoicing, procurement and specific assortment configurations.
• The CPS Technical Capabilities Lead is primarily focused on fully integrated procurement solutions that service ClientDirect’s largest customers.
•The CPS Technical Capabilities Lead works with internal stakeholders and external clients to build new integrated solutions that include (but not limited to) invoicing projects, eprocurement enhancements & improving the clients UI/UX experience online.
•The CPS Technical Capabilities Lead is the direct technical contact during technical project scoping, requirement, testing and launch efforts
• This role will be leading cross-functional teams across IT, Sales, Sales Ops, etc. to drive a successful implementation.
• The CPS Technical Capabilities Lead also owns the relationship for key industry procurement integration partners like Ariba, Commerce Hub, and others.
• This role will work with CPS Manager to prioritize resources and budget allocation.
•Manage Projects / New Customer Implementation
•Executes department-specific complex projects to address business issues and solutions
•Assist presentations and technical specifications to customers and internal clients
•Review client background material (business requirements, etc.)
•Assign or coordinate team members as necessary to meet project goals
•Conduct kickoff, status and review meetings
•Establish, maintain and communicate timelines and project plans
•Coordinate client on-boarding through sales, legal/contracts, IT testing and configuration, product management, marketing
•Interface directly with client as applicable
•Conduct post-project analysis and report on content effectiveness

•Direct Client Engagement and Development
•Drive IT improvements to maximize efficiency and speed to market/completion of implementation queue through work with customers’
•IT, procurement and marketing
•Establish, maintain and communicate timelines and schedules
•Document and/or update processes as necessary
•Acts as team representative for content-related tools; gather and communicate requirements, requests for improvements or issues
•Research and Industry Discovery
•Research ecommerce industry trends and make recommendations for capability investment
•Report and teach out relevant industry updates to CPS team as needed

What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?
•1-3 years experience working with the following technologies: Javascript (Prototype and JQuery), HTML, CXML, XML, JSON, SQL, PHP, CSS2, CSS3 & APIs
•1-3 years experience of EDI & CXML invoicing through integration partners (e.g., SAP Ariba, Commerce Hub, Jaegger, Coupa, etc.)
